We are looking for a strong, hands-on Chief Operating Officer to build, scale, and lead our operational backbone.
This is not a process manager role. This is a builder role.
You will take ownership of delivery, execution, team performance, and operational strategy, ensuring that every project, product, and team runs at the highest level.

What You Will Do:

Own and scale all operational processes across the company

Build a high-performance delivery system from sales to product to execution

Ensure projects are delivered on time, with quality, and at scale

Structure and optimize internal workflows, teams, and communication

Lead and develop team leads, project managers, and operational managers

Drive efficiency, automation, and operational excellence

Translate company strategy into execution

Identify bottlenecks and resolve them quickly
What We Expect:

Proven experience as COO, Head of Operations, or Delivery Lead in tech or product companies

Strong background in software development, outsourcing, or product delivery
